Days out

Center Parcs Longleat Day 4

It’s our last full day at Center Parcs today, this week has gone so quickly I wish we had some more time here. Although I’m not sure how much energy I’d have left if we were staying for a week.

This morning we booked an early bowling session for all the kids, they got 45 mins of bowling. They really enjoyed themselves and the boys managed to get 2 full games in before the time ran out.

The bowling is right next to the swimming pool so once they’d finished we all went and had a quick swim. It’s so different coming this year as they boys are that little bit older. They are happy to go off down the rapids by themselves and keep checking in with me. The outside hot tub was lovely and warm today, I enjoyed sitting in it whilst they were on the rapids.

Grandma and Auntie Outie came to visit today and are staying the night. We booked a 3 bedroom villa so we had 2 spare beds and thought it would be nice for them to spend some time with us all.

This afternoon we walked down to the Jardin des Sports and the boys had fun playing table tennis. We’d only booked half an hour but no one turned up to the next session so the kids ended up playing for an hour.

This evening we’re off back to the swimming pool for a night time swim. The boys really like going down the rapids in the dark and they haven’t had a chance to do it this holiday.

Gotta love center parcs! It’s where we head out to for our annual vacation in the Netherlands. They all look the same everywhere and really family/kid friendly. The boys must have enjoyed the rapids immensely. ?
