We all had a great nights sleep after a busy day yesterday. The villa we’ve got is lovely and the beds were so comfy last night.
This morning we went back to the swimming pool and the kids were constantly up and down the rapids. Will and I went around the little lazy river a few times and down the big slide whilst Darcey was having a nap.
After swimming we headed back to the villa for lunch and relax for a couple of hours. There are lots of great restaurants here however it can be expensive always eating out, we bring a lot of food with us and the kitchen facilities in the villa are really good.
In the afternoon the mummies all had a nice treat and went to the Aqua Sana for an afternoon spa session while the daddies looked after the 8 kids. I think we got the better end of the deal here!
The Aqua Sana was amazing and it was three hours of girly chats and relaxation. It was great value for money we paid £35 each to use the facilities between 3pm – 6pm, this didn’t include any treatments. When we got there the changing rooms are very clean and well equipped, you get a towel and a robe when you arrive so all you need to worry about taking is your swimmers.
We tried out the different spa experience rooms, the Japanese Salt Steam Bath and the Indian Blossom Steam room were my favourites, they smelt lovely and were very relaxing. There was also a pool in the centre of the spa where we could go to cool down.
There were several meditation and relaxation areas but to be honest with us 4 chatty ladies in there we had a look at these and decided it was best not to disturb everyone with our chit chat. On to the next spa room…
When we finished we got the land train back up to the Plaza, we were far too relaxed to walk all the way back. We went back to one of the villas and the daddies had fed all the children and made pizza and pasta for all the adults. How lucky are we.
